Per visit or seasonal — which should I choose?
Per-visit service, from $39, is booked when you need it and priced per clearing. A seasonal plan, from $740, covers Nov 15 to Mar 31 with automatic service at 8 cm — you never have to book, and your spot on the route is reserved all winter.
What counts as a snowfall visit?
Once 8 cm or more has accumulated, your property is added to the next route run automatically. You don't need to call or message us.
What if it keeps snowing?
During continuous snowfall we typically clear once the storm eases, and may return for a second pass on long storms. The exact approach is written into your seasonal agreement.
Is there a rule for extreme storms (25 cm+)?
Yes. Storms of 25 cm or more can need multiple passes and longer route times. How these are handled is spelled out in your agreement before you pay.
The city plow filled the end of my driveway again.
If you choose windrow clearing, the ridge the city plow leaves at the end of your driveway is included. How return visits after a second city pass work is set out in your agreement.
What if a car is parked in the driveway?
We clear around vehicles and anything blocking access. For the best result, please keep the driveway clear on snow days.
Who supplies the salt?
Salting is an optional add-on. [Confirm: salt supplied by Montclair Grounds or by the homeowner] — this is stated in your agreement.
How do payment and receipts work?
After you accept the quote, you'll receive the seasonal agreement and a numbered invoice. The seasonal fee is paid in full by Interac e-Transfer to reserve your route, and we send back the invoice marked PAID as your receipt.
Cancellation and refunds
